How long will it take to receive my order?

Each product is made to order, so please allow 3-10 business days for production. Shipping times vary depending on your location and will be added to the production time. Don’t worry—we’ll keep you updated with tracking information as your order makes its way to you. Thank you for your patience and for supporting responsible fashion!

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Delivery Charges

We offer free shipping within Canada for orders over $200! All other orders will be charged at $15 flat-rate for standard delivery across all Canadian locations.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since our products are custom-made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges (including on gift cards). However, your satisfaction is our priority—if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us, and we’ll make it right!

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or has a defect we will make it right! Please email us at returns@shorelinesapparel.ca within 14 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue, and we will be happy to offer a replacement at no cost.
