Where are Shorelines products made?

Shorelines sources high-quality base products globally, carefully choosing sustainable options wherever possible. Each item is made to order, with all embroidery and printing proudly done in Canada. By producing items on demand, we uphold our quality standards and avoid unnecessary waste, delivering products that reflect our commitment to responsible and sustainable production.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Since each product is made to order, it takes a little longer to fulfill your purchase. Please allow 3-10 business days for production, plus additional shipping time depending on your location. On rare occassions production may take slightly longer, we will always ensure to keep you update to date until your order arrives at your door. We appreciate your patience as we prioritize quality and sustainability.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At this time, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, as each product is custom-made to order. However, if there is a defect with your product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, please email us at connect@shorelinesapparel.ca within 14 days of delivery, including a photo of the issue. We will be happy to offer a replacement at no cost.

How does Shorelines contribute to cleaning the oceans?

With every item purchased, we donate $5 CAD to organizations dedicated to removing plastic from the ocean. Each donation helps remove on average 147 grams of plastic, equivalent to around 15 plastic bottles. These contributions support global efforts to restore ocean health and tackle plastic pollution. (Donation commitment excludes purchases of gift cards only.)

Why don’t we name the specific organizations we donate to?

While we proudly support efforts to clean up plastic pollution from the oceans, we’re required to follow certain guidelines from the organizations we donate to. These rules ensure that donations are not used for marketing or sales purposes and help maintain the independence of these charitable efforts. Rest assured, your purchase directly contributes to impactful, science-driven ocean cleanup initiatives, and we are fully committed to supporting these causes responsibly.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Are all Shorelines products sustainably sourced?

We are committed to sustainability and are working towards all products being 100% sustainably sourced. Currently, some of our product lines do not yet meet this standard, but we’re actively searching for sustainable alternatives and will make the switch as soon as possible. Your support is helping us get there!

What materials are used in Shorelines products?

Our products are made using sustainable, high-quality materials like organic cotton and recycled polyester whenever possible. We believe in creating items that not only look great but also align with our commitment to protecting the environment.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Canada. However, we plan to expand our shipping options in the near future, so stay tuned!
