Where do you ship from?
We ship all Canadian orders from right here in Canada.

How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer a flat-rate shipping across Canada for $15 CAD. For orders over $200 we ship for free, no code needed.

How long will my order take?
We make each piece to order, just for you. Please allow 7-10 business days for production plus shipping time. Trust us, it's worth the wait.

Do you ship internationally?
Right now we're only within Canada only to prioritize our locals. We're keeping it close while we grow.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your gear’s progress.

Can I return or exchange something?
As every item is made to order each piece is final sale. However, we want you to feel good about what you wear. If something is not right, reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.

What if my item is damaged or doesn't hold up?
Let us know. We stand by everything we make, and we'll do what we can to repair, replace or refund. We call it our "Make It Right" policy.

Who do you donate to?
We support a range of ocean cleanup efforts from local projects to global initiatives. We choose not to name them, because it doesn't feel right to use their stories to promote our products. We're here to support, not spotlight. Rest assured, your purchase directly helps fund real, hands-on efforts to protect coastlines and marine life.
